Refund policy

At Hair & Beautysalon Star Touch, we do our utmost to satisfy every customer. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied. In this refund policy, we explain how we handle refunds and solutions.

  1. Treatments
  • Treatments already carried out come not eligible for refund.
  • Not satisfied with the result? Then please report this within 7 days after treatment. We will be happy to find a suitable solution together, such as a free correction or follow-up treatment.
  • Cash refunds are not possible for treatments unless there is a demonstrable fault on the part of the salon and no suitable solution can be offered.
  1. Products
  • Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days be returned after purchase, if in original condition and with proof of purchase.
  • Opened or used products may will not be returned or refunded, in connection with hygiene and safety.
  • If a product is found to be defective, we offer replacement or a suitable solution.
  1. Appointments and cancellations
  • Appointments cancelled in a timely manner (at least 24 hours in advance) will not be charged.
  • In case of late cancellation or non-appearance at an appointment, there exists no right to refund of any deposits or fees already charged.
  1. Gift vouchers
  • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be refunded.
  • Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher.
  1. Refunds
  • If a refund is granted, it will be made via the same payment method used to pay, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days processed after approval.
