Hair & beauty salon Star Touch

Article 1 - Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• Salon: Hair & Beautysalon Star Touch, located at Brink 50, 1188 ND in Amstelveen.
• Customer: any natural person or legal entity using the salon's services.
• Treatment: any form of hair, beauty or related services offered by the salon.

Article 2 - Applicability

1. These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments and agreements between the salon and the client.
2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.

Article 3 - Appointments

1. Appointments can be made by phone, e-mail or other means of communication offered by the salon.
2. The client is responsible for providing contact and relevant (medical) information correctly and completely.

Article 4 - Cancellation and amendments

1. Agreements should at least 24 hours in advance to be cancelled or modified.
2. In case of cancellation within 24 hours or non-appearance at the appointment, the salon reserves the right to (part of) the costs of the reserved treatment.

Article 5 - Payment

1. Payment should be made immediately after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
2. The salon accepts cash payment and/or other payment methods as indicated in the salon.
3. If payment is not made, the salon reserves the right to refuse further treatments until payment is made.

Article 6 - Prices

1. All prices are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. The salon reserves the right to change prices. The prices in force at the time of the appointment will apply.

Article 7 - Liability

1. The salon shall not be liable for damages of any kind caused by the fact that the salon relied on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
2. The salon is not liable for loss, theft or damage to the customer's personal property.
3. Any liability is limited to the amount paid out by the salon's insurance.

Article 8 - Complaints

1. Complaints about treatment should be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days, to be reported after observation.
2. The salon will treat the complaint seriously and work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.

Article 9 - Personal data

1. The salon processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Article 10 - Force majeure

In case of force majeure (such as illness, technical failures or unforeseen circumstances), the salon has the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without being liable for damages.

Article 11 - Applicable law

1. All agreements are exclusively Dutch law applicable.
2. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement.
